DSM Auditor

DSM Auditor is an Excel-based, comprehensive audit tool for residential and small business customers. Customer characteristic information can be collected as part of an on-site data collection. DSM Auditor also includes a customer self-audit option that can be delivered via mail or on-line.

Occupant and usage characteristics are collected for individual customers and stored in a central repository for further analysis:

• Home structure type
• Building characteristics and insulation levels
• Type and efficiency of heating and cooling equipment
• Saturation of lighting and appliances
