Brian Hedman

Brian Hedman is a principal in our Energy Services Group and works in our Portland, Oregon, office where he specializes in regulatory issues, program evaluation, cost of service and pricing, performance measurement, market transformation assessment, cost/benefit analysis, and integrated resource planning.

In 20 years at PacifiCorp, Mr. Hedman held a variety of regulatory and demand-side-management-related positions. Most recently, he was the manager of demand-side management policy and directed the preparation of the company's integrated resource plan. He also was a member of the company's Environmental Policy Advisory Committee and was responsible for establishing policy and gaining regulatory approval for PacifiCorp's energy-efficiency programs. Brian has been an advisor on public purpose policy in Oregon and was co-chair of an energy efficiency advisory group to the Utah Public Service Commission. And he was a founding board member and chairman of the board of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance.

Brian Hedman holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Washington and a master of arts in economics from Portland State University.
