• ENERGY STAR/Energy Efficiency Services.  As the prime contractor for EPA’s ENERGY STAR in Commercial and Industrial buildings in the public sector, we have unrivaled expertise in tracking and measuring energy consumption, implementing ENERGY STAR as a platform, analyzing energy performance, and developing and implementing comprehensive energy efficiency programs.
  
• Green Building Certification Services.  Cadmus assists clients with every aspect of Green building certification, including LEED. We advise on the process, what is required, and how to best proceed given the project’s scope. We provide technical assistance in the areas of site selection and water efficiency, energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions, and indoor air quality and materials.
