Green Building Audits

The Cadmus Green Building Audit provides our clients with a depth of information about their existing building and its performance. Our audits and LEED certification work consider the whole picture. We assess not only how well a building functions in its energy infrastructure but how well it functions as sustainable space. We look at water efficiency and materials but also at elements of human use, considering and quantifying issues as diverse as daylighting and indoor air quality. Our review includes all the physical factors relevant for LEED-EB: O&M certification. We begin with measurable data and detailed observations, gathering information sufficient to assess building conditions and performance. This short process provides our team with intimate knowledge of the building, its systems, and its users; and enables us to provide our clients with options specific to the characteristics, influences, and performance levels unique to the examined facility.
