Environmental, Health and Safety Training

(October 30, 2006) - The emergence of a global economy has created the need for profound changes in the way people and organizations work. Communicating and sharing information about the technical and scientific aspects of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) activities grows ever more important as agencies and companies create new partnerships and seek to implement cost-effective integrated programs that clearly add value to the organization.

Cadmus has designed and implemented a variety of training courses to help organizations achieve their EHS goals. We focus our training on facilitated, shared learning by participants to build on past successes and to develop best practices, and we structure our training to accommodate different types of operations, diverse organizational philosophies, and varied regulatory frameworks around the globe.

Jane E. Obbagy oversees Cadmus’ efforts in this area. She is a former director of Arthur D. Little’s EHS Training Institute, a globally recognized training division, which offered courses for managers and other personnel who were responsible for their organizations’ environmental and social performance activities. The members of our staff who provide training services have extensive practical experience and strong academic backgrounds.
