Energy Education and Land Conservation Among Beneficiaries of Cadmus’ Q2 Charitable Giving

WALTHAM, Mass., December 1, 2016-The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today the recipients of the company’s employee-directed charitable giving for the second financial quarter of fiscal year 2017. Cadmus’ popular employee-directed charitable giving program gives employees the opportunity to be directly involved in decisions about how and where the firm provides charitable support.

This quarter’s recipients are:

  • switch~: This event brings together professionals from the Rocky Mountain region for learning opportunities on the cutting-edge topics affecting the energy industry locally. Cadmus’ Tony Sharp, who volunteers with switch~, hails the event for its power to inspire and reveal common interests of industry professionals.
  • Greenbelt (Essex County’s Land Trust): Greenbelt works in partnership with private and public landholders to offer permanent solutions to realize land conservation goals. Principal Brad Jones has been a member of, and active volunteer with, Greenbelt for approximately 15 years.
  • Born Again Pit Bull Rescue: After adopting a pit bull from BAPBR, human resources business partner Stephanie Blakey became an avid advocate, volunteer, and donor for this volunteer-run nonprofit that is dedicated to improving the lives of pit bull terriers.
