The Appointments of Ian Kline and Jane Obbagy Initiate Overall Growth Strategy for the Company

(August 1, 2006) — The Cadmus Group, Inc., a leading environmental and energy consulting firm serving government and private-sector clients, has named Ian Kline as the firm’s new president and Jane Obbagy as vice president and group manager.

Prior to being named president, Mr. Kline was a Cadmus vice president and had managed two of the firm’s operating groups. He has been with the company for more than 10 years.

“Ian brings a creative and disciplined approach to management that will ensure the preservation of the core values of the firm.  And Jane is an experienced manager whose capabilities are perfectly suited to her new position,” said Ralph Jones, co-founder and chief executive officer. “With these two appointments, Cadmus is even better positioned to grow in the markets we currently serve and to enter promising new markets where our skills, experience, and expertise will enable us to successfully pursue new business opportunities.”

Mr. Kline holds an M.P.P in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Southern California and an A.B. in Social and Environmental Studies from Cornell University. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s program for management development, a comprehensive executive leadership program for high-potential managers.

Ms. Obbagy has more than 20 years’ experience as a consultant on international environmental and social issues. In her new post, she will oversee the work of the Risk, Health, and Safety practice, Clean Energy practice, and Capacity for Impact Assessment and Management practice, which is active in developing and transitional countries

“Jane’s wealth of experience and history of success is instrumental to our overall growth strategy,” said Kline. “Recently, she has provided companies in a broad range of industries with strategies for implementing corporate social responsibility programs.  I look forward to working with Jane to develop a CSR practice here at Cadmus.”

Prior to joining Cadmus, Ms. Obbagy was a principal associate at Abt Associates in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she was responsible for strengthening that company’s domestic and international corporate social responsibility expertise. Before joining Abt, she was program director of environmental resources management and vice president at Clayton Group Services. Ms. Obbagy also spent 17 years at Arthur D. Little, including 4 years as director of the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety Training Institute and 8 years as vice president and director of ADL’s Environment and Risk Consulting Business.

Jane Obbagy holds an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy from Tufts University and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
