LEED for Existing Buildings

USGBC memberLEED EB Operations and Maintenance

LEED® for Existing Buildings (EB) provides a framework for implementing and maintaining sustainable building operations, communicating your success, and earning recognition and differentiation in the market. A recognized leader in providing sustainability consulting services for existing facilities, Cadmus has guided more than 80 buildings around the world to certification under the LEED EB rating system. Of those projects, more than 30 have resulted in LEED EB Gold certification, and 12 have achieved Platinum. We can apply this experience to help you minimize the cost and maximize the benefits of certification.

LEED EB O&M Volume

For owners of multiple buildings, Cadmus is able to help you achieve significant economies of scale in the implementation of LEED EB O&M across your portfolio. Our approach to the LEED Volume Program uses the cutting-edge eVOL™ platform, which reduces the cost of certification by more than 50 percent compared to single-building certifications. eVOL organizes and streamlines the data collection, benchmarking, education, documentation, and certification associated with the LEED Volume Program. It includes all required policies, procedures, training materials, and quality control items in a Web-based environment.
