Gerry Harris leads and delivers expert consulting and advisory services relating to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), commonly known as Superfund, as well as environmental insurance claims analyses in the federal and commercial markets. He has supported the U.S. Department of Justice in the equitable settlement of claims in more than forty Superfund cases and continues to serve as the lead financial auditor for several Department of Justice and U.S. Attorney’s Office projects.
Mr. Harris has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services, insurance, and consulting fields, with particular focus on the analysis and settlement of claims for environmental damages. He is an expert on Superfund liability, allocation, cost recovery analysis, and National Contingency Plan (NCP) compliance. He also has extensive experience in the investigation and settlement of commercial insurance claims related to environmental property damage and bodily injury claims stemming from workplace exposure to dust, noise, and mold.
