Scott Dimetrosky
Scott Dimetrosky is a principal in the Energy Services Group and works out of our offices in Boulder, CO. He has over 17 years of experience designing and evaluating demand-side management (DSM) programs. He is an expert in all aspects of market research and statistical data analysis, including questionnaire design, sampling, interviewing, and tabulations.
Mr. Dimetrosky has led data collection and analysis efforts for dozens of utility energy efficiency, load management, and market transformation programs. His projects have addressed all market sectors—large and small commercial, industrial, residential, and low income—and have employed telephone surveys, interviews, and on-site audits. Mr. Dimetrosky also has designed DSM programs as part of regulatory filings in Idaho and Colorado.
Mr. Dimetrosky was a project director at Quantec, LLC from 1998 to 2005 and a principal from 2005 until Quantec’s acquisition by Cadmus in 2008. Before joining Quantec, he was an associate at Barakat & Chamberlin, Inc. Mr. Dimetrosky also worked as a research analyst for Nielsen Media Research and as a project director for ICR Survey Research, Inc.
Scott Dimetrosky holds an M.B.A. in quantitative methods from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in sociology, cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
